Service Level agreement

A fixed number of sessions for the academic year

A bespoke package for the setting or MAT

This can include  an agreed package of support  for example : 

  • Strategic whole school or MAT development around Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs including Behaviour – vision, ethos and policy
  • Whole school/MAT approaches to Anti-bullying
  • Observations and assessment analysis of whole classes or individuals
  • Staff coaching 
  • Staff supervision
  • Small group interventions – identify of suitability, modelling/leading sessions, training of staff, assessing impact
  • Whole school/MAT training


6 days (12 sessions) for the academic year

£3000

 Provide 12 sessions of support as identified with the school. A session constitutes a 3.5 hour block of time, with discussion this can be broken down into hourly sessions to attend review meetings. All hours are school based so 42 hours of support within the school. 

Support can be pupil consultations, staff training, supervision sessions based on school needs. 

Ongoing email or phone support over the academic year

3 days (6 sessions) for the academic year

£1500

Provide 6 sessions of support as identified with the school. A session constitutes a 3.5 hour block of time, with discussion this can be broken down into hourly sessions to attend review meetings. All hours are school based so 21 hours of support within the school. 

Support can be pupil consultations, staff training, supervision sessions based on school needs. 

Ongoing email or phone support over the academic year


One off visits

Pupil Consultation

£400

 A 3.5 hour block of time which may include administration time for consultant (follow up report/assessment analysis.) 

A follow up email or phone call after 4 weeks to discuss anything further. 

Advice will be provided on a visit verbally, through a follow up email within 5 working days and as a written report where required within 10 working days. 

SENCO or staff support/staff training

£500

 2 sessions of support as identified with the school. A session constitutes a 3.5 hour block of time which may include administration time for consultant (report writing, planning training, developing resources or planning.)
